Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch. This ensures your sprinkles are carefully packed and ready for their journey to you.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Reliable Australia-wide delivery
Express Post: Faster delivery once your order is dispatched

Please note: Express Post is a shipping method that guarantees quicker delivery after dispatch. It does not reduce processing time. All orders still require 1-3 business days to process before being sent.

Need It By a Specific Date?

If you have a deadline or event date, please let us know in the order notes at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline, but we recommend ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Important: We cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipping times are managed by Australia Post. Please plan accordingly and order early for time-sensitive events.

Damaged During Delivery?

We take great care packaging every order with protective materials to ensure your sprinkles arrive safely. However, occasionally damage can occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
Contact us at hello@sucresprinkles.com.au within 48 hours
We'll work with you to resolve the issue
